About us: Francesca and Antonio, the hosts of Casa Rosanna
We are Francesca and Antonio and we personally run Casa Rosanna, the detached holiday home on Via dei Fiori in Porto Ottiolu (Budoni), on the north-east coast of Sardinia. We are not an agency: when you message us on WhatsApp, we answer ourselves, usually within a few hours, and share tips on beaches, restaurants and day trips. Casa Rosanna is a holiday rental managed on a non-business basis, registered under national code CIN IT090091C2000T6525 and Sardinia Region code IUN T6525. Guests have rated it 9.8 out of 10 on Booking.com.
How we work
- We answer you ourselves, directly, on WhatsApp or by phone.
- We welcome dogs of all sizes at no extra cost: that is why the courtyard is fenced and the gate has protective mesh.
- Booking direct with us saves you 20% compared with booking sites, with no fees.
- We suggest the beaches and trips that suit you: families, couples, divers, remote workers or holidays with a dog.
- Check-in from 3 pm to 6 pm, check-out from 8 am to 10 am.
